ABA has a long history of supplying off-campus student housing. We offer furnished apartments in Brooklyn Heights, Chelsea, Midtown East and West as well as downtown. But no matter what neighborhood you are in, public transportation is right around the corner.

For those students who are past dorm life and ready to live in the adult world, our apartments are perfect for off campus living. We offer a safe, clean environment for students to focus in their studies without the nonstop activity that can come with residential housing. Of course moving to a city like New York can be a rather intimidating endeavor, especially for a college student. The safety of our guests is always our top concern. Our buildings are staffed with 24 hour doormen and concierges who take security very seriously and are always willing to help out a resident and answer any questions.
