Alternative Business Accommodations is a very successful third party temporary housing firm. ABA operates in New York City, and has numerous property locations throughout Manhattan. Frank Laufer is President of ABA, and we have found Frank and his team to be terrific Nomad partners.
ABA does win a good share of Nomad business. ABA values our rentals, and provides great options at fair prices. They are speedy in response and work hard to meet our client needs.
ABA has stellar service delivery. ABA arrivals are typically perfect, with no defects. Keys are always on hand with the doorman. They have selected buildings that are friendly to temp housing, not always the case in Manhattan.

On behalf of the employees at Rolyn Companies, I send our sincere appreciation to you for the corporate housing you provided to us during the Superstorm Sandy aftermath.
From our arrival in November until current, you did so much to meet our needs and assure our comfort as guests. An accommodating and friendly staff is vital for those who travel for our company and spend much time away from their families, and you were on hand to accomplish that with efficiency. Each and every member of the building staff I spoke with was very professional and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
The inviting personal greetings for our guys set the right tone for the 2 months of our stay, and I’m much in your debt for the extra courtesies that helped me keep on top of their scheduled stays. The outstanding customer service I was provided makes being a travel coordinator much less hectic when responding to an area that has recently experienced a disaster such as Sandy. The comfort of knowing our first responders will have a nice place to stay while working long hours in unknown conditions, enables Rolyn’s response to our client’s needs that much more efficient.
As you may know, our work in the area is close to complete and the remaining apartments will terminate this month. Although we will no longer be utilizing your corporate services, I will absolutely call you for any future needs and recommend ABA-IDEAL National Corporate Housing to other associates, subcontractors, family and friends that may be working or visiting in your area.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all of your help with the apartments for Alberto and Kevin. I really could not have pulled this off without your assistance. I am more and more impressed with ABA/IDEAL National Corporate Housing. Our last minute time constraints and budget have proved to be too big of a problem for our “former” corporate housing provider. That said, please know that going forward I will be in contact with you first thing. Your company is easy to work with and very understanding of our needs, from booking to finance, I feel all I have to do is ask and you take care of the rest. You never can imagine traveling all day and arrive at an apartment that you can call home. I know we paying but you always add the extra touch of brilliant customer’s service.
