Accommodations, began operations in 1997 as a local provider
of Corporate Housing in New York.
We quickly attained a reputation for providing excellent service
at a rate less than our competitors and luxury hotels of the
same caliber. Our success has been based on being able to deliver
luxury furnished apartments, with the highest level of service,
in the best quality properties, at a competitive market price.
In this manner we provide our customers the best value. By keeping
our overhead low and the quality high, we get most of our business
from referrals and repeat customers.
In 2000 we became the first provider to
supply corporate apartments in Brooklyn Heights New York.
In 2002 we became the first short
term housing company to provide units in the Long Island
area of New York.
In 2006 ABA became the first corporate
apartment company to provide IPOD docking stations in
our apartment.
In 2007 we joined the Aboda network of corporate housing
providers. This allows ABA to provide it clients with service
nationally, with other local furnished housing companies that
have the same philosophy and service standards as ABA. We provide
our clients with a single point of contact to handle their relocation
needs across the country.
In 2007, ABA became an employee owned
and operated company.
In 2008 ABA expanded its reach into the
New Jersey and Connecticut markets, by creating “Ideal Furnished
Housing”. We now offer ABA’s impeccable service in luxury
corporate apartments throughout northern New Jersey, Westchester
County New York, and southern Connecticut.
ABA is the first and only provider
to provide luxury corporate apartments in the Roosevelt Island
area of Manhattan. It is conveniently located just 1 subway
stop (3 minutes) from midtown, accessible by subway (F line)
and Tram.

We recently started our “Green Initiative” and have replaced
most of the bulbs in the apartments with energy efficient “CFL”
bulbs. We also have begun replacing all of the older tube televisions
with flat screen “LCD” televisions and HD cable boxes. Our linen
and bath package is the best in the industry. Our furnishings
are contemporary and stylish, and most important… comfortable.
